Curator's
Circle: Conversations with Collectors and
Connoisseurs of Asian Art
The purpose of the Curator's Circle program is to invite
friends from near and far to share their knowledge, appreciation,
and enjoyment of Asian art. In programs organized by the
Asian Art Department, these collectors and connoisseurs
offer conversations and workshops focused on collecting
Asian art.

Asian
Art Association Programs
The Asian Art Association (AAA), a membership support group
of the Denver Art Museum, is dedicated to promoting knowledge
and understanding of Asian art and culture. The AAA presents
a Wednesday-at-Noon lecture series from September to May,
evening lectures throughout the year, and guided lecture tours
to museums in the United States and abroad.

Beyond
the Museum
The Asian Art Department plays an active role in community
activities and educational programs organized by institutions
other than the Denver Art Museum. Staff and volunteers,
often in conjunction with the Education Department, participate
in regional festivals, national conferences, and international
projects that promote an appreciation of Asian art and culture.
