Victor Moscoso

Moscoso first discovered how to create the illusion of movement by accident, when a friend viewed one of his posters under blinking Christmas lights. Moscoso put the principle to work. Under a specific colored light, some areas of the image can be seen, while the sections printed in the same color as the light disappear. As multiple colors of light flash on the poster, the image appears to move.
